We have developed and done R &D on many components on behalf of our customer. We are also specialized in pressure handling components which is used in oil rigs and fire safety hose. With the in-house foundry and machine shop factility we can able to achieve any complex shape and machining can be done. We have a capacity to undertake and execute orders as per the drawing or sample in any specification from 0.1 kg to 300 kg as a single piece castings.

Each machine tool is inspected and compliance with customer’s specifications. We check first piece casting inspection as well as final inspections to ensure that all pieces are conforming to the customer’s specifications. 100% Visual Inspection Dimensional inspection as per agreement made with customer Physical and chemical testing at various stages: Spectrographic analysis Slurry quality analysis Mechanical properties like Tensile strength, Yield Strength, Elongation percentage, Reduction area, Hardness and Impact Testing Corrosion resistance Testing Radiographic, ultrasonic, and Magnetic Particle inspection are performed at local professional laboratories to ensure the soundness of quality.
